Born with a knack for technology, at age thirteen, Dan cracked open his family’s computer destined to discover how to make it faster. With a bit of trial and error, he succeeded! While in college, Dan worked in retail, an experience that he attributes to his passion for delivering extraordinary client service. With relentless drive and confidence, Aqueity was born and continues to thrive 25 years later. Today, Dan focuses his time developing the leadership team, meeting with clients, and setting strategy for Aqueity. He also has a passion for philanthropy with a specific focus on charities that benefit children. In his free time Dan enjoys travelling with family, working on projects, and motorcycling.

Barry Saltzman is a seasoned, “hands-on” executive with over 30 years of experience in both public and private global companies. Barry has held prominent leadership positions for Global 100 companies, innovative technology and service companies, industry leading distributors and software companies. In his role at Aqueity Barry assists with leadership development and managing budgets and expenses which will allow for more effective growth and scale. His personal interests include health and fitness, competitive tennis, and anything that has to do with New York.

In 2010 Tom joined Aqueity, and his appetite for continual learning, positivity, and ability to bring out the best in others is why he is a member of our senior leadership team and V.P. of Service Delivery. The trust and respect Tom has built with our clients over the years is evident and has been key to client growth and satisfaction. His passion for leadership, constant improvement and team building ensures Aqueity delivers the extraordinary service our clients expect. Prior to joining Aqueity, Tom served our country in the United States Army and worked as an electrician with a focus on developing teams, managing client relationships and executing large scale projects. In his free time he enjoys watching the Bears, spending time with his wife and two kids, and tending to his never ending honey do list.

Michael leads new customer acquisition and focuses on enhancing our relationship with partners. Throughout his career, Michael has delivered on projects while bringing insights, governance and transparency to each engagement. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, basketball, guitar, and spending time with his 3 kids.

Head Of Cybersecurity

Leading Aqueity’s Cybersecurity division, Max has over a decade of experience in enterprise networking and technical support with much of that time spent supporting fortune 100 companies in their security and network configurations. Recent focuses have been on increasing security in specialized industries with governmental regulatory issues. He has also assisted with federal regulatory compliance and law enforcement legal compliance as a technical director. This has given Max a particular specialization in customizing solutions for clients with intricate needs.

Patti’s background spans from leading the HR function for small companies to nationally recognized corporations, to providing career consulting services across a wide variety of industries. As Aqueity’s HR Manager, Patti spends her time refining and perfecting the employee experience across all aspects of HR including onboarding, training/development and benefits. In her free time, Patti loves to explore the outdoors, travel off the beaten path, immerse herself in any type of music and read historical fiction.

Gayle serves as Aqueity's Finance Manager, spending her time ensuring projects stay within budget, AP/AR and creating streamlined accounting processes to ensure Aqueity continues to experience smooth growth. Outside of work, Gayle is an avid gardener, loves a good book, is a world class sailor and loves spending time with family.
