Born with a knack for technology, at age thirteen, Dan cracked open his family’s computer destined to discover how to make it faster. With a bit of trial and error, he succeeded! While in college, Dan worked in retail, an experience that he attributes to his passion for delivering extraordinary client service. With relentless drive and confidence, Aqueity was born and continues to thrive 25 years later. Today, Dan focuses his time developing the leadership team, meeting with clients, and setting strategy for Aqueity. He also has a passion for philanthropy with a specific focus on charities that benefit children. In his free time Dan enjoys traveling with family, working on projects, and motorcycling.
BRITTANY HERNANDEZ
MANAGER - TALENT & CULTURE
Brittany brings a wealth of HR experience to Aqueity, with expertise in employee engagement, recognition programs, and creating positive workplace cultures. She is passionate about empowering teams and driving professional growth through tailored HR strategies. Brittany’s background includes working with both small IT companies and large, nationally recognized organizations, providing her with a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities HR professionals face. As Aqueity’s Talent & Culture Manager, Brittany focuses on refining the employee experience, including onboarding, training, and benefits. Outside of work, she enjoys sand volleyball and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
MICHAEL MASK

Michael Mask is Aqueity’s VP of Business Development and Partner Programs . He joined Aqueity with over 20 years of experience in IT management consulting, financial services and risk management. Michael leads new customer acquisition and focuses on enhancing our relationship with partners. Throughout his career, Michael has delivered on projects while bringing insights, governance and transparency to each engagement. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, basketball, guitar, and spending time with his 3 kids.
KAREN MATERICK
MANAGER - FINANCE
Karen is an experienced CPA with a background in corporate accounting and auditing financial services companies. She works closely alongside Aqueity's leadership team to provide reporting and strategic guidance as it relates to the finances of the company. Her expertise and willingness to improve processes has been invaluable to Aqueity. When Karen isn't at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. She is also a competitive tennis player!
MAX SCHROEDER
CTO & HEAD OF CYBERSECURITY
Leading Aqueity’s Cybersecurity division, Max has over a decade of experience in enterprise networking and technical support with much of that time spent supporting fortune 100 companies in their security and network configurations. Recent focuses have been on increasing security in specialized industries with governmental regulatory issues. He has also assisted with federal regulatory compliance and law enforcement legal compliance as a technical director. This has given Max a particular specialization in customizing solutions for clients with intricate needs.
KEVIN TOOMEY
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS | INTERIM PROFESSIONAL MANAGER
Kevin plays a crucial role in optimizing internal processes and driving client-facing services to increase profitability, refine workflows, and ensure efficiency across departments. He also oversees all client projects, acting as the primary point of contact, and leading the professional services team to deliver exceptional outcomes.Kevin’s journey at Aqueity spans various positions, giving him an in-depth perspective on the company’s inner workings and a unique ability to identify opportunities for its improvement and growth.Outside of work, Kevin enjoys skiing, playing beach volleyball, and participating in softball, which he views as opportunities to challenge himself and connect with others.
