Meet Aqueity's Leadership Team!

Born with a knack for technology, at age thirteen, Dan cracked open his family’s computer destined to discover how to make it faster. With a bit of trial and error, he succeeded! While in college, Dan worked in retail, an experience that he attributes to his passion for delivering extraordinary client service. With relentless drive and confidence, Aqueity was born and continues to thrive 25 years later. Today, Dan focuses his time developing the leadership team, meeting with clients, and setting strategy for Aqueity. He also has a passion for philanthropy with a specific focus on charities that benefit children. In his free time Dan enjoys traveling with family, working on projects, and motorcycling.

Michael Mask is Aqueity’s VP of Business Development and Partner Programs . He joined Aqueity with over 20 years of experience in IT management consulting, financial services and risk management. Michael leads new customer acquisition and focuses on enhancing our relationship with partners. Throughout his career, Michael has delivered on projects while bringing insights, governance and transparency to each engagement. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, basketball, guitar, and spending time with his 3 kids.

Leading Aqueity’s Cybersecurity division, Max has over a decade of experience in enterprise networking and technical support with much of that time spent supporting fortune 100 companies in their security and network configurations. Recent focuses have been on increasing security in specialized industries with governmental regulatory issues. He has also assisted with federal regulatory compliance and law enforcement legal compliance as a technical director. This has given Max a particular specialization in customizing solutions for clients with intricate needs.

Patti brings to Aqueity over 20 years of experience in recruitment, employee relations, coaching, and training. Her passion lies in helping individuals find and present their best selves, and helping companies build better teams and employee relationships. Patti’s background spans from leading the HR function for small companies to nationally recognized corporations, to providing career consulting services across a wide variety of industries. As Aqueity’s HR Manager, Patti spends her time refining and perfecting the employee experience across all aspects of HR including onboarding, training/development and benefits. In her free time, Patti loves to explore the outdoors, travel off the beaten path, immerse herself in any type of music and read historical fiction.

Barry Saltzman is a seasoned, “hands-on” executive with over 30 years of experience in both public and private global companies. Barry has held prominent leadership positions for Global 100 companies, innovative technology and service companies, industry leading distributors and software companies. In his role at Aqueity Barry assists with leadership development and managing budgets and expenses which will allow for more effective growth and scale. His personal interests include health and fitness, competitive tennis, and anything that has to do with New York.

Prior to joining Aqueity, Evonne’s experience in the hospitality industry set the foundation for her passion for finding creative ways to appeal to our internal team, clients and prospects. Evonne’s key responsibility in marketing is planning, design and execution of multi-channel campaigns. In her free time, you can find her traveling, working out, renovating her house, or exploring the outdoors with her family.

Karen is an experienced CPA with a background in corporate accounting and auditing financial services companies. She works closely alongside Aqueity's leadership team to provide reporting and strategic guidance as it relates to the finances of the company. Her expertise and willingness to improve process has been invaluable to Aqueity. When Karen isn't at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. She is also a competitive tennis player!
